Finally Updating!

First things first -
10days til Uni!
(Not including today)
Still need to send back the letter accepting the place there...
ehmm... ooops!
Going through town tomorrow so I'll do it then I think
Had it since the 21st....

Hmmmmmmmm

Also still not sorted out my student finance,
am now 99% sure that my parents "support an application" replies were lost in the mail
which means so were the forms about theyre finance they needed to send in
keep trying to ring them to ask what to do but its always engaged!

Had a busy few weeks since my last update anyways.

Finally got to my 18th birthday - have somewhat given up at going round town since all my mates cancelled on me 4times... but did have a nice birthday at the pub, just a few close mates, sambuka shots (which i cant do!) and generally happy chatter. Was fun =) but thats.. just about all that happened.

Since then I been at Derby and at my mates, not much else really except lazing - apart from my school placement (for uni) which was AWESOME.
It was pretty much just observing - depending on which teacher it was - but it was hillarious!
had already done 3days which were pretty much extremely funny, but since that was at the end of the school year I figured it would have calmed down since then.
And well it had in that this time I didnt get proposed too and Cara was setting fire to random things with a bunsen burner.
But still amazingly funny -
Best moment was one of the teacher making this student cry
in fairness - the student had mailed pretty much naked pictures of herself to everyone on the schools email system... (shes 14!!!?)
but she wouldnt take her belt off (and its against school uniform) so he was trying to get her to take it off, and she was all "you just want my trousers to fall down sir!" and eventually he got annoyed and told her she should be used to showing it all off to everyone
and so she ran out the room crying...! LOL
But its not just the students that have the drama there, one of the teachers had just found out shes pregnant with her new partners child despite using condoms. Just after she found out she got an email from her exhusband saying "oh by the way, there are pin holes in all the condoms"
....Ohnoes! xD

Seriously there are loadsa stories I could tell
But Kinda tired right now
and watching CSI
(Yay csi!)

Results!

Just an update on results really
got...

E - Business
D - ICT
C - General Studies
B - Maths *!!!*
(and E - AS lvl Chem from last year)

For my course (Uni of Cumbria, Lancaster Campus)
I need
200 points and a C in maths

Altogether I have
300 points and a B in maths!!

*HAPPY DANCE*

Nooo I just broke a nail *points to pick*

now have two that are tiny

and 8 that are really long

un-suprisingly, its on the fingers i type most with

Anyway

Results are in officially in 20hours!!
Going my bfs tonight so he can keep me calm

Though that prolly just means I get dragged onto xbox to accidently do silly things like step out of helicopters.... while driving them.... while in midair

Oops

Also means I don't have the silly hour and a half bus ride tomorrow morning

the only difficulty really will be waking him up!

Got up at 8am, to get dressed + pack my bag and go

and yet I'm still here ...

Take so long to get ready

Should be setting off any minute tho

Got back off holiday yesterday
Was really awesome, but I still feel like I'm finding sand everywhere like in my ears, hair, mouth, shoes etc.
Only got burried once =D which is pretty cool I suppose xD
The guys managed to dig a hole in the sand deep enough that they burried one of them stood up fully in it upto the neck lmaoo

only like 3days left till results now =(
Need 52 points (low Ds) in each of my 3 math modules to get a C
However if I do as well in my resit as I did in the other resit I could get two high Us (fail grade) and still get a C...
which kinda cuts the panic

Bit annoyed at Orange at the mo
When you top up by 10quid they give you "unlimitted" access to mobile facebook/bebo/myspace for the next month + 300 texts, however this is not "unlimitted" as my "prepaid amount" ran out by the 12th! was not happy!

Got an accomodation offer at uni! =D just need to get the reply in the mail sooooon because my email came while i was on holiday and only gave me seven days to reply, but assuming it gets there in time I will be staying in Gressingham Halls, at the Lancaster Campus, at the University of Cumbria...

Started watching True Blood when I got home thanks to the recommendation of the evil person all my 300 txts dissapeared on! (meaning Sciffy), and its actually pretty damn good, am only not watching it right now cause megavideos complaining that I've watched it too much xD

Just Random Happenings!

Woo, First proper post!
Ok, not totally sure how to write this, never really done one before, so I guess I'll just happily ramble away to myself.
So what's happening in life right now...
Well got quite a few things coming up

8th Aug - Holiday
20th Aug - Results
31st Aug - 18th Bday
14th Sept - Uni!

So abit about each of em!


Holiday!!!
- My first holiday with JUST my mates, off to Bridlington (a beach nearby), going for a whole week. We're all stopping in my boyfriends caravan which his parents ave let us stay in for free! Just gotta buy food, pay for stuff to do while we're there, and ofcourse Alcohol!! xD Can't wait for it, gonna be so awesome! Just hope there is atleast some SunShine!

Results!!!
- I have NEVER been so nervous in my life! For the last 4/5nights I keep dreaming about my results. To be honest the dreams never involve the actual results, its always something like my envelope goes missing - and everyone else has theirs, doubt that will happen though xD.
For my results -
A = 120, B = 100, C = 80, D = 60, E = 40
For my uni course I need 220 points including atleast a C in maths.
my average before the last exams was a C in maths, but one of the exams I was very uncoffident in, but I did also do a resit which should get me a few extra points.
Then I just need 120 from ICT, Business and General Studies, and I already have 20 from AS level Chem. In gereral studies am set for C/B so all I need then is a E in ICT/Business/Both... and I should be set xD really worried about the maths one though. I need it!!!

18th Bday!!!
I have no clue what I'm gonna do on it. The day after is Tuesday (Students Night) so I will probably go round town =D feel such a n00b, got no clue what to wear or owt, but should be fun, hopefully my mates will take care of me. But on my actualy birthday... so far the plan is chill with my boyfriend - preferably at his rather than mine but I dunno, not really asked, my drivers instructor said not to make plans incase he'd got a big meal and stuff planned, but I really doubt that would happen - for one neither of us has the money! Plus I like cuddling on the sofa with movies ^_^
But! If anyone has any ideas what else I could do gimme a comment, would be nice.

Uni!!!
Going to uni on 14th - first real freedom living away from home, about 2 hours away to be specific so hopefully wont get family randomly dropping by =P. Got no clue how much money I'm actually gonna get for uni cause my dad + step mum havn't told me how much they earn - they just sent off the form, grrr! But obviously I need a job when at uni, waitressing or working behind a bar, or anything with tips sounds good, but I've had quite a few people suggest modelling to me.
It sounds really stupid, I don't really have model looks, or the models height at all, but quite a few people have suggested it so I figured it *might* be worth looking into.
Btw here is me - I'm not exactly photogenic but I do like taking pics:

First Post - An Introduction

Hi there, anyone who might be reading this,
Since this is the first post I guess it should just be an introduction about moi!

I'm Jennifer,

I live in Doncaster with my Dad and StepMum, My Mum is in Michigan (America) - she moved there after marrying Tim (My StepDad)

I turn 18 on the 31st of August, if I had been born an hour later I would have been in the year group below at school, and I'm pretty sure my life would be so different e.g. I probably wouldn't even have gone to the same school. As it is I'm the youngest in my year group - so I'm the last to be able to: Smoke, Drink, Vote, Sex, Buy Scissors, Etc... So while all my mates are going out round town this Summer, I have to wait until the end! Bummer xD

Just finished my A-levels. Waiting for results on 20th - So Nervous!!! Depending on my results I should be off to uni in September - if I get the results I need I should be off to the University of Cumbria - Lancaster campus, to do Teaching + Maths! Bit down cause my boyfriend will still be in Doncaster, but as long as we still get to see each other shouldnt be too bad, gonna miss him though!
